4. If there is a metabolic valve, determine whether the metabolic fluid is recovered and open the metabolic valve; The remaining liquid in the bag filter is dried through the metabolic valve and the discharge is closed

6. Before installing the HEPA filter, remove the outer package from the installation site and check its appearance. Basic content: filter paper, sealant, structure damage; Whether the perimeter, diagonal and wall thickness specifications conform to the regulations; Whether the structure has burrs and rust (metal frame); Whether there is a product certificate, technical specifications are in line with the design points. Then according to the national industry standard "clean Room Construction acceptance Code" [JGJ71-90] to check the relevant provisions and methods, in line with the requirements should be installed immediately.

7. If the cleanliness level of HEPA filter is higher than grade 100, leakage detection should be carried out according to the "Clean Room Construction and Acceptance Code" [JGJ71-90] before installation, and the relevant prescribed methods should be complied with the standard provisions.

8. When installing the HEPA filter, the upward arrow of the frame should be consistent with the direction of the cyclone; When vertically installed, the fold direction of filter paper should be perpendicular to the road surface.

9. When installing a thick platform or foldable filter, the galvanized mesh surface should face the opposite direction of the air inlet. When installing the bag filter, the length of the filter bag should be perpendicular to the road surface, not perpendicular to the road surface;
